The Practice

Mystic Bridge to Wellness, LLC is a Holistic Therapy Practice. We offer individual, couple, family and group therapy, medication management, Reiki and workshops. We work with children, teenagers, and adults. We are located in downtown Mystic along the river.

We are proud to provide a commitment to whole health and community. We feel individuals know what is right for them and we  provide a safe space in which to assist you in the process of coming back home to yourself. We believe YOU always have the answers.
