Our focus is to combine different holistic healing modalities as well as medical healing modalities so clients can experience full health. The center offers individual and group therapy, massage, thai massage, reiki, medication management, workshops, yoga, and many other class options. We work with kids, teenagers, adults, families, and couples. We are located in downtown Mystic along the river.
