Are you struggling with grief, adjustment to a new situation, anxiety, OCD, difficulty with communication with others or within your marriage or partnership? Did you just have a baby and you’re struggling with post partum depression or anxiety? You may be looking for a safe space to talk. I can help you with that in a non-judgemental, friendly and welcoming environment. If you are struggling, I can help.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I work with adults, couples and families. I utilize a variety of methodologies in practice, depending on the client’s needs. I believe every person has the ability to improve their situation and live the life they have always wanted.

I am fascinated by other’s life journeys and I love to hear stories of strength and resilience in times of difficulty. I can help you rewrite your story, and find your true path. Playing a part in the journey to healing is an honor. Through talk therapy, I will help you find yourself.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist. I provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an innovative therapeutic approach that combines the use of ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic known for its ability to provide rapid relief from depression and other mental health conditions when combined with traditional psychotherapy techniques. This model is particularly effective for individuals who have not responded to conventional treatments for OCD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders.

KAP offers a unique opportunity that can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, heal from past traumas, and foster personal growth in meaningful and transformative ways.

Your unique story and experiences are the foundation of our work together. Through compassionate support and the power of psychedelics, we can illuminate the path to inner peace and healing.

Hello, my name is Daniel, and I believe that everybody’s story deserves to be heard. Each person has their strengths and triumphs, as well as the places in their lives where they are stuck and would like a change. As your psychotherapist, my job is twofold. Firstly, I will hear and witness your story with true acceptance, curiosity, and a profound respect for what you find to be sacred in your life. This alone can be powerful and transformative. Secondly, I will work with you to discover and work toward your goals in a way that you are comfortable with. We will draw upon my knowledge and experience, but never in a way that takes you out of the driver’s seat. Together we will work towards getting you stronger and more able to live a life that feels truly aligned with the wishes of your heart, mind, and spirit.

My passion is to work with individuals from the teenage years into older adulthood who are experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, spiritual or religious issues, feeling stuck in their lives, and/or feeling unseen and unheard. I also enjoy working with groups. Following graduating from Boston College School of Social Work in 2020, I spent the past 2+ years working as a bereavement coordinator at a hospice in MA. In this role I provided grief and bereavement counseling, including the use of Prolonged Grief Therapy. My other clinical experiences include working with older adults struggling with life transitions and with living in long-term care facilities, with adolescents with trauma-related developmental delays, and with adolescents struggling with substance use disorders and/or mood disorders. My main therapeutic influences are Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), but I utilize an eclectic style pulling from various modalities, including the use of meditation approaches.

When I am not working, I am probably spending time with my beloved wife and our dog Dash. Or I am reading about world religions, watching the Red Sox, or singing along to classic rock.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am

excited to join the Mystic Bridge to

Wellness team with more than ten years’ experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Joseph’s. An Associate of Science degree rounds out my formal education. My professional experience includes both traditional office settings as well as many years assisting teenagers in a residential program, helping residents cope

with challenges like Depression, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma/PTSD, oppositional defiant behaviors, bipolar disorder, co-occurring

disorders, anger problems, ADHD, explosive behavior, impulse control issues and substance abuse. In addition to my robust formal education and professional experience, I bring a lifetime of compassion and care to my work as a clinician. I am an artist, and creative thinker who understands that life outside the office isn’t always neat and tidy. Through the use of CBT and other evidence based modalities it is my goal to provide a safe space to help individuals reflect, learn, and grow, no matter their life journey.

My name is Nancy Pearce, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Are

you finding it hard to get through your day? Or maybe your night? Both? Maybe you are struggling with anxiety that is keeping you from reaching your goals. Or perhaps it's depression that is

sapping the joy out of life. You may have gone through, or are facing, a tough life transition. All these things keep us from living our authentic and best lives. if you are reading this, you know that something is out of kilter, that you can't get out of your own way. With help, you can surmount whatever it is that is keeping you from your true self.

What I offer is change. Whatever that change needs to be. You will be the author of that change, because I firmly believe that you are the expert on you. I will be your guide on your journey every step of the way. We will take things at your pace. If something isn't working

for you, we will try something else. I promise to never give up on you.

While I primarily use Adlerian Therapy (positive, future-oriented, and humanistic), Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy (how thoughts, emotions and actions interact), and Psychodynamic Therapy (how your past has impacted your present) approaches, I draw upon my extensive toolbox of interventions to craft a style of therapy that fits your unique needs. Together we will explore what brought you here and how it is impacting your life currently.

We will develop a plan that will give you the tools you need to get through, above, or out from under what is causing distress in your life. I always say that "everything is better when

you have a plan." It's true! Just knowing there is a path toward feeling better will lift part of the burden right away. Please know that I am already proud of you. I know first-hand the bravery it takes to begin the therapy journey. I also know the potential rewards, so I encourage you to keep going. Pick up that phone or laptop or whatever you use to communicate and connect. I can promise you that you will be treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and care.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Brianna Kissel, and

I am currently a graduate student

pursuing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am

looking to gain experience working with adolescents and adults who may find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their inner sense of purpose. Regardless of whether you are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, life transitions, or the ongoing

impact of past experiences, please remember that you do not have to face these challenges alone.

My approach to counseling is both compassionate and client centered. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity,

respect, and genuine care. I am dedicated to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to explore both your challenges

and your strengths. Alongside my professional training, my personal experience has greatly influenced the way I engage with clients. As a military spouse and a parent of two children, I understand the unique challenges that can accompany frequent transitions, uncertainty, and the demands of balancing multiple roles. These experiences have given me a deep

appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and the importance of having a supportive environment to process life’s stressors. My clinical interests include working with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and offering support to military families. In my work, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with experiential and creative approaches. I encourage clients to explore their experiences in ways that are

meaningful, accessible, and personal. My goal is to help clients better understand their inner world, strengthen their coping abilities for life’s challenges, and reconnect with the

parts of themselves that feel grounded and purposeful. I aim to support individuals in gaining clarity, building resilience, and fostering growth that is both authentic and sustainable.

Embarking on the journey of therapy requires courage, and I am honored to be part of that process. I look forward to supporting you as you move toward healing and personal growth.
